Our Premium Package is perfect for clients who want a cost effective multiple job board advertising and candidate attraction solution which is managed on their behalf.

This package benefits from all shortlisted candidates being pre-qualified by telephone interview, all interviews arranged for you and all offers, regrets and candidate communication is managed by us.

This process is comparable to that of a recruitment agency or an extension of an internal recruitment function.

The Process

1) VACANCY REQUIREMENT CONSULTATION

The first part of the process is to discuss your vacancy requirements. We work with you to gain a clear understanding of the job role, including the job profile, duties / responsibilities and the salary / benefits package. We also discuss your candidate requirements, including skills, qualifications, experience, cultural fit and candidate profile. Once we have all of the required information, we talk you through the steps of the recruitment process.

2) WEB OPTIMISED ADVERT WRITTEN

Based on the information that you have provided in the consultation, we then write a web optimised job advert to attract the best relevant talent on the job boards. We are specialists in writing engaging adverts which are key word rich with sufficient repetition, ensuring your vacancy is found by your target market.

3) JOB ADVERTISED ON MULTIPLE PREMIUM INTERNET JOB BOARDS

We advertise your vacancy on the top UK online job boards including Monster, Fish4jobs, Total jobs, Jobsite, Reed and a number of other relevant associated regional and niche job boards in the network, to gain the best possible exposure for your vacancy.

4) MANUAL FILTER AND SCREEN

We review every application against your requirements, shortlisting only the CV’s of relevance. This saves you valuable time in sifting through irrelevant CV’s, allowing you to focus on the candidates that best match your requirements.

5) TARGETED CV SEARCH WITH A MAIL SHOT

We run CV searches on the job board CV databases to identify passive candidates that match your vacancy requirements. Once we have compiled our shortlist, we send out a mail shot to each candidate with details of your vacancy. Any candidates who apply from this process are added to your application shortlist.

6) TELEPHONE INTERVIEW SHORTLIST

We complete a telephone interview with shortlisted candidates to qualify their suitability. This will typically include confirmation of their interest in the role, confirmation of salary and their expectations, commutability / relocation (if applicable), suitability of skills and experience etc. If you prefer, we can work with you to put together a more structured list of questions / points to explore with the candidates and then provide this information on a document along with the candidates CV.

Having our support at his part of the process allows you to focus on the face to face interviews of pre-qualified candidates, saving you the time and effort of pre-qualifying yourself or interviewing candidates that may not be suitable.

7) YOU REVIEW THE CANDIDATES AND SELECT FOR INTERVIEW

We provide you with access to our cloud based applicant tracking system where you can view, rate, shortlist and communicate with applicants.

8) YOU INTERVIEW AND RECRUIT… IT’S THAT SIMPLE!

You are free to recruit as many candidates as you wish from the campaign. If for whatever reason you were not able to successfully recruit from the campaign, then we offer a free re-run (terms & restrictions apply)

9) OFFERS, REGRETS AND CANDIDATE FEEDBACK
INTERVIEW

Once you have concluded the interviews we are on hand to manage offers, regrets and candidate feedback on your behalf, if needed.
