With recruitment agencies, you pay a fee per candidate.

With so many job boards to choose from it can be difficult to know which ones to choose for your vacancy. We offer discounted multiple premium job board advertising packages ensuring that you reach your target market. We are experts in online job advertising and ensure that your advert is written and posted to optimise the response.

Our “pay as you go” terms eliminate the hassle of you getting into long term contracts with job boards. By working with us you won’t have to deal with individual job boards and spend time posting your vacancy multiple times on multiple sites. And what’s more, we give you free access to our cloud based applicant tracking system where you can view, rate, shortlist and communicate with applicants all in one simple to use portal, regardless of source.

We also have access to all of the job board CV databases for searching which can be a valuable tool in identifying suitable candidates. Access to all of the CV databases can be expensive and the process of searching can be time consuming.
